Guardian of the Plateau

Zhuoma, a Tibetan girl, jumps off a cliff to escape a forced marriage arranged by her stepmother. She is saved by the spirit snow leopard Axue and gains treasure-hunting powers. With the snow leopard’s help, she discovers rare medicinal herbs to turn her fate around. She sells herbs at local markets, auctions them in the provincial city, takes over Anhe Hall, and founds the Holy Lake Medicinal Herb Cooperative. She leads villagers to grow herbs scientifically, lifts them out of poverty, and finds her purpose while protecting her homeland.
