The cost of favoritism

Ivy spent all her savings to treat her favoritism-prone mother Margery, only to get a greeting card in return—her mother left all her ten-million inheritance to her sister Chloe. Heartbroken, Ivy stopped taking care of her mother, who then teamed up with Chloe to ruin Ivy’s engagement. Ivy fought back fiercely; her mother finally repented, but it was too late. In the end, Ivy reclaimed the inheritance, donated it, and started a brand-new life of her own.
